Carter Brown - Camp Director
I began serving at Camp BaYoCa at the age of fifteen as a counselor and kitchen staff. I then spent the next ten years working nearly every job Camp BaYoCa has to offer. It was during this time at Camp every summer (and eventually year-round) that my life was truly changed. It is because of this that I know the transformative power Camp can have on young people. After spending some time away from BaYoCa receiving my Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary and serving as the Camp Director at another Baptist camp, I am happy to be back home at BaYoCa!

Nate Kuhl - Assistant Director
I have always loved the outdoors, and in college God really showed me the power of camp and enflamed a passion for camp ministry! One of my favorite subjects to discuss and teach is different methods of fire building. Having grown up around the water I will happly join in on any camp water activity. I received a bachlors in Adventure Leadership from Asbury University, where my wife Charlotte and I met. Together we have served at a varity of different camps and have a combined camp experience of over 19yrs. I love how God uses our varied camp background to connect with others at camp and bring in a different perspectives. We are excited to see how God will use us at camp BaYoCa!
