Staff Member at Camp Ba Yo Ca? 



Are you interested in sharing Jesus with children through a week of outdoor adventure?  Here is your opportunity! Camp Ba Yo Ca hires more than 60 high school and college students to work with kids and campers in a variety of jobs every summer. 

We are always seeking mature and responsible applicants who understand that the goal of a successful summer will be as rewarding for the campers as it will be for them. 

We look for counselors, kitchen staff, program staff, maintenance staff, cleaning crews, lifeguards, and so much more. Put your talents and abilities to work this summer! 

As we look ahead to Summer 2023 we are seeking to fill both summer-long staff positions and shorter, multi-week and week-long service opportunities. For summer-long positions, applicants need to be willing to work at least eight out of ten weeks of the summer. We provide a stipend for summer-long staff and we also provide lodging and meals throughout service. Summer-long positions are limited to applicants who have at least graduated high school (some exceptions may be made). 

Week-long service opportunities fulfill a variety of needs for camp and are available to all age groups from high school students to retired adults. Week-long service opportunities are case-by-case, with some applicants able to work multiple weeks. These shorter opportunities may also be paid and can include jobs such as counselor or cook.
